Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Quezon City, Philippines.

We process and pack orders within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time:

• Metro Manila: 2–5 business days

Shipping fees are shouldered by the customer and will be calculated upon checkout or coordinated after order confirmation (depending on the courier used).

We partner with reliable couriers such as Lalamove, Grab, or J&T Express, depending on your location. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via Email or SMS.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll help coordinate with the courier immediately.
