Refund policy

At Crunchify, we make sure every pack of our fruit chips is made fresh and handled with care. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Email us at crunchify.info@gmail.com with your oder number, a photo of the item, and a short description of the issue.
  2. Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund (depending on your preference).

Please note:

  • Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind or opened food products.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds apply only to purchases made through our official online store.
